As a student of Ringling College of Art and Design, I seek a career in children's book illustration with roots in Education. With a minor in Business of Art and Design, over a year's experience in Advertising Design and studies in psychology, I seek to be a well-rounded artist capable of using my artwork to help educate and improve young generations. I believe in the positive impact that non-profit organizations have on communities and improving society as a whole.
I decided I wanted to be an artist when I was three years old. I was a highly creative child lucky enough to be around encouraging people who fostered my confidence. The environment in which I grew up allowed me to explore myself and the world around me and develop my creativity to its fullest. I grew up believing I could do or be anything I wanted to be. As I grew older, I realized not everyone shares this belief. Everyone deserves to have the opportunity to cultivate their future. This is my motivation for mentoring tomorrow's leaders.
